Headaches are not always a physical illness. Sometimes, they have more to do with worrying. Whether you provide care or need care: care can be stressful. Healthcare workers deal with an enormous amount of heavy work on a daily basis, but people outside that field also worry or care for others. According to Movisie, over 6% of Dutch people under the age of 25 are caretakers for a family member. Young or old, good healthcare is desperately needed for everyone. The less headaches people have.
